Sign in, then choose Post an ad. Pick the category that matches what you are offering. A clear title and a short honest description help people find you.
Add recent photos, your city, and a price when the category asks for one. After you send the listing, we review it before it shows in search. You can follow it from My listings in your account.
If something important is missing, we may ask you to edit the listing instead of publishing it. Do not post the same item again and again. Repeated listings can be turned down. One listing per item is enough.
A new listing does not appear the moment you send it. We check it first. While it is waiting, you will still see it in your account, usually marked as pending.
It may also stay hidden if the category is wrong, the photos are missing, the price looks unrealistic, or the text breaks the site rules. If it was turned down, the reason is shown on the listing in your account. Edit it and send it again when you have fixed that.
Search can also hide an expired listing, or one you paused. Open My listings and check the status before you send us a request. If the status still looks wrong, send a request and include the listing number.
Some placements, such as a featured listing, are paid. The price and what you get are shown before you pay. After a successful payment, the change can take a few minutes to appear on the listing and in your account.
If you paid and nothing changed, wait a short time and refresh the page. Then check that you paid for the correct listing. Keep the payment reference from your bank or wallet.
We cannot speed up a bank transfer that is still pending, and we do not store your full card number. If the payment shows as complete on your side and the listing is still unchanged, send a request with the listing number and the payment reference. Do not send a photo of your card.
You can change your name, phone, and city from your profile while you are signed in. Use the same phone you can receive messages on, because buyers and our team may use it.
If you forgot the password, use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page and open the email we send. Check the spam folder if it does not arrive. The link works once and expires.
We will not ask for your password by email or in a help request. If you cannot sign in at all, send a request from the email address on the account and tell us the phone number on the profile. We use that to make sure the account is yours before we change anything.
Open the listing and use Report. Tell us what is wrong in a few clear sentences: fake item, wrong price, repeated posting, offensive text, or a message that asks you to pay outside the site.
You can also send a help request and paste the listing link or the listing number. Add a screenshot if it helps, but cover any private phone number that is not part of the problem.
We read reports in order. We do not publish the name of the person who reported. If the listing breaks the rules, we can hide it or ask the owner to edit it. A disagreement about a price, by itself, is not always a reason to remove a listing.
Send a request when the answers on this page do not solve it. Tell us what you already tried, and add the listing number if the question is about an ad.
If you are signed in, the conversation stays in My requests. If you are not, we email you a private link. Keep that link. Anyone with it can read the conversation.
We reply on the same page and by email. When we are waiting for more details from you, the status says Waiting for you. When we have answered, it says We replied. You can close the request when you are done. A closed request cannot take new messages, so send a new one if the problem comes back.
