Sooqz Ad Posting Rules & Guidelines

Do not change the product or service

Please be aware that you cannot replace the product or service with the same ad when it is being posted. In this case, your ad will be rejected and will be nonrefundable.

If you want to sell another product, please post a new ad.

One item or service per ad:

Only one item or service will be accepted by per ad. If you have multiple products, use our bulk listing package.

Listing numerous products in a single ad will result in non-refundable ad rejection.

Don’t Misplace Your Ad

Add your listing in the right category. Buyers don’t have time to search through different categories; they will search for what they are looking for and where they are looking for it.

E.g., Don’t list mobile phones in the ‘‘Real Estate’’ category.

 Wrong category = ad rejection

No Spam, please!

Nobody is interested in seeing the same ad posted repeatedly, including us. So instead of wasting your time on this, focus on listing authentic ads and boosting your sales.

Spammed ads will be rejected, and your account will be blocked. Also, these ads will be non-refundable.  

Illegal or Prohibited Items? Not Here.

We want Sooqz to be a safe place for everyone to sell and buy items. We expect this from you as well. Don’t post anything illegal or prohibited under Gulf law.

This Includes:

Guns, Knives, Unlicensed animals, any type of medicines, Addictive substances, Edible products (food or fresh produce), and any service that is not allowed in the Gulf.

These ads will be non-refundable and will be rejected immediately.

Misleading Info:

Providing wrong information just for the deposit price isn’t cool. Offering fake deals will result in ad rejection. However, you can still fix it by editing the ad. Go to MY Ads, edit, and resubmit this.

As the ad is editable, it’s not refundable.

Duplicate ad posting:

Duplicate ads are considered violations of the rules. Ensure that the ad is posted from a single account. If the item is listed from two different accounts, twice from the same account, or from two different regions, either from the same or a different account will be rejected. 

Review Contact and Location Details

Ensure the contact details and location are correct before submitting your ad.

The wrong number and city can lead you to miss buyers and the wrong audience. Also, your ad will be on hold and will not go live.

No Image, No Ad
The ads without images will not be approved. Ensure you add clear and real images to the listing.

The following images are not acceptable.

• Screenshot
• Blurry images
• Collage-style images
• Images with a watermark (unless it's your company’s logo)
• “Sold” written in the title or images is not acceptable.
• AI-generated images are not allowed.

Ads with missing images are editable but non-refundable.

Keep it Real and Clear

Be transparent in your listings. Write a clear title and a detailed, honest description. Upload original and high-quality images. Respond promptly to the message and answer the queries professionally. Delete the ads when the item is sold.
