Hongqi HQ9 PHEV 2024 is the first plug-in hybrid luxury MPV under the Hongqi brand, positioned as the “New Business Flagship New Energy Cabin”, integrating Chinese aesthetic design and efficient plug-in hybrid technology. The new car continues the straight waterfall grille and split LED through the light group, the side of the car is equipped with a floating roof and dual-side electric sliding doors, the tail end of the L-shaped three-dimensional taillights and hidden charging interface, body dimensions up to 5222 × 2005 × 1935mm, wheelbase of 3200mm, the whole system comes with a standard 2 + 2 + 3 seven-seat layout, the top can be selected from the four-seat version of the High Definition Edition.
The entire lineup offers three core models
4WD Business Edition: equipped with a 2.0T plug-in hybrid system with a combined power of 300kW, WLTC pure electric range of 73 kilometers, standard with dual-side electric sliding doors, second-row seat heating/massage and L2-level driver assistance.
4WD Deluxe Edition: upgraded with Danner audio, multi-layer soundproof glass and leg rests for the second-row aero seats, and new 360° panoramic image and full-speed adaptive cruise control to enhance long-distance comfort.
4WD Flagship Edition: Equipped with four-seat high-definition layout, the rear row is equipped with liftable partition, 18-inch folding entertainment screen and on-board refrigerator, which supports intelligent scent system and L2+ high-level intelligent driving, with a maximum speed of 180km/h.
Inside the car adopts the embracing ladder cabin design, equipped with 7-inch full LCD instrument and 16.2-inch floating center control screen, the second row of independent seats support 16-way electric adjustment and multi-mode pneumatic massage, and the third row of seats can be electrically flattened to expand the trunk volume. The entire system is equipped with three independent air conditioning, OTA upgrade and Ningde Times 20.1kWh battery pack, which supports 30kW DC fast charging (0-80% of the battery takes 40 minutes).
The power level adopts a 2.0T hybrid engine (thermal efficiency of 44.42%) combined with dual electric motors, with a combined torque of 820N-m, a WLTC combined range of 833 kilometers, a DHT hybrid transmission and an intelligent electric four-wheel-drive system, which supports three drive modes: pure electric/hybrid/intelligent. The chassis is equipped with front MacPherson + rear multi-link independent suspension with CDC variable damping shock absorbers, taking into account the smoothness of business and adaptability to complex road conditions.
Hongqi HQ9 PHEV 2024 is a “mobile living room” space with a body of more than 5.2 meters and a wheelbase of 3200mm, making it an all-round new energy MPV benchmark for high-end business reception and family travel.
