The 2026 AION i60 is a compact SUV launched by GAC AION, offering both pure electric and range-extended powertrain options to meet the diverse travel needs of users. Built on the SDA architecture, the vehicle measures 4685*1854*1660mm with a wheelbase of 2775mm and features a 5-door, 5-seat layout.

Powertrain and Range
The 2026 AION i60 offers both pure electric and range-extended versions. The pure electric version offers CLTC pure electric ranges of 400km, 530km, and 650km, depending on the configuration. The range-extended version is equipped with a 1.5L range extender, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 210km and a combined range of up to 1240km. It also supports 3C fast charging, charging from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes.

Model Configurations
The series includes multiple models, primarily divided into standard and advanced versions. The pure electric version offers two range options: 530km and 650km, while the range-extended version offers a 210km pure electric range. All models offer three interior color options: Oatmeal White, Warm Fleece Light Brown, and Tahitian Gray. Exterior colors include six options such as Galaxy Blue, Holographic Silver, and Night Shadow Black, with some models featuring a two-tone roof design.

Technology and Safety
The vehicle is equipped with GAC's GSD intelligent driving assistance system, employing a 3R7V sensing solution (3 millimeter-wave radars + 7 cameras), supporting highway navigation assistance and intelligent parking functions. In terms of safety, all models are equipped with the 2.0 cartridge battery, which has passed the thermal runaway test by the China Automotive Technology and Research Center, and uses 1500MPa nuclear-grade hot-formed steel for the body.
